About This Role

Canopy is recruiting on behalf of a new healthcare agency dedicated to connecting international clients with trusted fertility and surrogacy clinics in Ghana. The organisation’s mission is to create a safe, transparent, and compassionate pathway for intended parents by managing the client journey end-to-end and ensuring strong compliance, ethics, and care standards throughout the process.

The Operations Manager will design, implement, and manage the operational foundations of the business. In the early phase, you’ll focus on setting up workflows, systems, and vendor relationships. As the business grows, you’ll transition into a client-facing role, managing relationships, logistics, and service delivery for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Setup & Foundations

• Design and document workflows (client onboarding, clinic liaison, surrogate screening, record-keeping).
• Support business registration, licensing, and compliance processes under Ghana Health Service requirements.
• Establish vendor and clinic partnerships, including logistics, accommodation, and medical service providers.
• Set up digital systems for scheduling, communication, and secure data management (Google Suite, Notion, etc.).
• Maintain detailed records of spend, contracts, and decisions; develop reporting templates for transparency.
• Ensure all systems are designed for future scalability as the organisation grows.

Client-Facing Operations

• Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring professional and empathetic communication.
• Liaise with clinics and hospitals to coordinate treatments, track progress, and manage client updates.
